Dark Sea Yarns NEW Murder Most Cowl Kit

Inspired by some of her favorite murder mystery shows, the Murder Most Cowl from Dark Sea Yarn dyer/designer, Lizz Murdock, features a series of charts containing themed images to knit based on Murder She Wrote, Matlock, and Only Murders in the Building, with a few classic murder mystery tropes thrown in. Mix and match, use them to make the cowl, or take the charts and add them to whatever project you'd like. Most of all, have fun!

  • The Population 3650 for the Murder Most Cowl, this Murder She Wrote inspired palette features a full skein of Aunt Jess, a powder pink inspired by everyone's favorite best selling writer and amateur sleuth Jessica Fletcher, and four mini skeins, inspired by Cabot Cove supporting characters. Left to right: Downeast Curmudgeon (Seth Hazlitt), Brooklyn Blue (Mort Metzger), Threatening Sexuality (Eve Simpson), and SHERRUFF! (Deputy Floyd).
  • For the Defense pattern is inspired by Matlock. The kit comes with one full skein of Hundred Grand Gray, inspired by the smartest and cheapest guy in the room, Benjamin Matlock. The kit also comes with four supporting character inspired mini skeins. Left to Right: Isn't it True?   • The Only Murders in the Building inspired kit for the Murder Most Cowl. This kit comes with one full skein of a main character inspired color-- Mean Mabel Mustard (Mabel Morra), and four supporting cast mini skeins. Dark Sea Yarn dyed this fingering weight yarn with Rabbit Row in mind - 80% Eco Processed ORGANIC Merino + 20% RECYCLED Nylon ❤️.  Ideal weight for shawls and socks - with the nylon adding a bit of strength.
